* Your order needs to be received before 12:00 to qualify for next day delivery. Standard next day delivery excludes weekends. Any order placed before 12:00 on a Friday, unless the 'Saturday Pre noon' delivery option is specified at point of order, will be received on the following Monday. All Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on a Monday and recieved the next day

Standard next day delivery is FREE MONDAY TO FRIDAY * to all areas of the UK mainland, subject to location** (see below for chargeable delivery locations.)

If the order is received before 12noon, we aim to dispatch orders on the same working day - for next day delivery*. The item will be delivered by courier for delivery between 07:30 and 17:30 the next day. If there is no-one in to receive the item, a card will be left for you to arrange delivery with the courier.

Non-Standard or special order items may take up to four weeks to deliver.

Pre noon Saturday deliveries are available. For 'pre noon' Saturday deliveries, we must a have received you order by noon on the Friday before. Please specify this option from the drop down menu before proceeding to the checkout during your process. Pre noon Saturday delivery will incur a cost of £25 and is not available in rural and offshore locations.

** Carriage charges to rural and offshore locations may incure a delivery charge. For rural and offshore customers placing an order, if a delivery charge is required, we will contact you on receipt of your order with the details of the delivery charge.

Important Note: Deliveries must be received and signed for in person and will not be left in porches, garages, back gardens etc... If you are not in on the agreed delivery day we reserve the right to charge for redelivery. Any claim for damage to property relating to a delivery is between you and the delivery agent.
